Daniel Johnson

Simply put, my professional belief is in the many benefits of movement quality. I have sought and obtained education, experience, and mentoring that has helped shape my competence to establish and restore movement quality in others. I believe that movement quality is the prerequisite for reaching fitness goals; whether the goal be sport performance or weight loss and well-being.

Once people are empowered with movement literacy and skill they will have the foundation needed to reach their performance or health goals. The more success people have moving their bodies the more often they will move. Reaching their goals becomes a natural byproduct of repeatedly moving in ways they are skilled at and enjoy. By teaching movement quality, I enable clients to use their bodies effectively, efficiently and with less risk of injury.

I enjoy and have experience working with clients of all ages. I've worked extensively with youth baseball teams developing training programs and teaching sports specific skills.
